Game wise, ALL the male Ninjas in the game are so lame, with the exception of Sektor who I think is quite cool and versatile.

Story wise, Scorpion. I never get tired of the doomed tragic anti-hero type, on a quest for revenge. Characters like that are badass because they have nothing left to lose, and do to the bad guys, what the bad guys would do to good people.

Ermac, both Smokes and Rain are definitely my favorites

Ermac because I love his both story and character and also his telekinetic powers

Cyber Smoke is my favorite cyber ninja and I loved his design in Deception (not the ugly shit he had as an alt where he was literally smoke, his primary one)

And Rain because I've always loved characters with water powers (plus I like his backstory)
