As of October 2015...

10. Mileena's MK9 ending. (Gives me hope that Mileena will be in the next game even after her body was decomposed in the MKX story.)

9. Sindel's MK9 ending. (I love that a queen is not only a queen but an excellent leader.)

8. Tanya's MKD ending. (This would've made Tanya a boss material if it were to happen.)

7. Li Mei's MKD ending. (This would've made Li Mei a boss material if it were to happen.)

6. Kitana's MKA ending. (Teamwork from good women is AWESOME!)

5. Nitara's MKA ending. (This would make Nitara a boss material if it was ever canon. Seeing this in the style of MKX endings or MK4 ending would be awesome!)

4. Jade's MKD ending. (I love that Tanya "rape" scene.)

3. Kitana's MKX ending. (I love how she survived Armageddon and the glimpse of my most favorite character who did not make the roster in MKX.)

2. Kitana's MK9 ending. (My characters working as a team, Charlie's Angels style.)

1. Jade's MK9 ending. (I just love a woman possessing my favorite character just to make her stronger.)

I couldn't stand Jax, Sonya and Jarek's MK4 endings.
Those 3 endings are the very definition of the word lazy.
Nothing but a cut and paste job for those 3 characters.

Jax's version = original intended ending.
Jarek's version = extended trailer for the ending.
Sonya's ending = short teaser trailer for the ending.
 
Johnny Cage's MK1 ending is better than any of the endings listed in the OP. And what's the obsession with MK9 Jade's ending anyways? I thought it was a pile of inconclusive vomit. Easily the worst from the list, not the best.
 
I like Kitana's MK2011 ending because it is a possible implication that Kitana and Mileena's relationship this time around could be very different from the original...universe. Mileena could actually see Kitana as a sister instead of a rival this time and actually feel compassion for her and Kitana could possibly develop the same feelings towards her.

Would be nice if in the next game when Mileena is restored in a new body (please NRS make that canon) she is completely alone so sees she has no other choice but to go and try and save Kitana from being a revenant as it is her only hope in regaining the throne of Outworld and rebuilding Edenia. (Because apparently she identifies herself as Edenian this time)

1. Kitana's MKX ending (I can't wait until she unleashes her fury upon Raiden)
2. Sonya's MK Deadly Alliance ending
3. Sonya's MK9 ending (Tragic heroes are my favorite)
4. Kensi's MKX ending (Bye bye Daegon)
5. Jax's MKX ending (While I hope it isn't canon. A father protecting his daughter is always nice to see)
6. Sub Zero's MKX ending
7. Mileena's MK9 ending
8. Stryker's MK9 ending
9. Sindel's MKD ending
10. Jade's MKD ending

I couldn't stand Sub-Zero's MKX ending, no offense.
I just felt like NRS essentially turned MKX Sub-Zero into Daenerys Targaryen from Game Of Thrones.
When I see his MKX ending, I can't not picture this in my head, every time........

My favorite Sub-Zero ending is probably his MK9 ending, which ended up coming true (only slightly different) in MKX.
Hopefully we can see better character development, now that those 2 have settled their differences in MKX.

Knowing that Mileena has clones, this is very possible and would be a brilliant move!
 
For some reason I find the comical endings the best in MK, like for example Sonya-Jarek-Jax is my absolute favorite, I also like Raiden's MK1 ending and Shang Tsung's MK2 ending, Cage's endings are usually pretty good too, like his MK4 and MKDA endings, I loved these ones.

I'm sorry, but this ending beats everything. I freaking love this ending more than any of the endings I've seen in the twenty years I've played the series. It was the most odd thing I've ever seen for this character and was just out there. I don't have a top ten after seeing this ending because I just love it.

In no order:

Sub-Zero's MKX ending - I love the idea of them adding anything new to the character. Kuai a dragon rider? Cheyeah, way!

Kabal's MKD ending - First off, him becoming the Black Dragon leader is awesome and him killing Havik over necromancery.

Sub-Zero's MK3 ending - being hunted down and killing Lin Kuei cyborgs while saving his buddy Smoke? Well done, Zero.

Reptile's MK4 ending - I was shocked how Reptile got shit on in his own ending but strangely enjoyed being fooled that way. Cruel, pure evil. MK4 had awesome atmosphere.

Sektor's MK9 ending - First off, its canon. Sektor is a ruthless bastard like Kano, and you see him in his glory here.

Tanya's MK4 ending - This is why I love that evil women. Poor Kang.

Nightwolf's MK9 - I thought it was really cool, and the visual of Wolf-Kahn is eerie.

Baraka's MK2 - All hail, Emperor Baraka! Would of been cool.

Liu Kang's MKX - its a statement to ones badassery when they beat Demons in to submission.. Demons..

Sub-Zero's MKD ending - his ancestors spoke to him through his armor as he kicked tarkatan ass. High amounts of badass there.

Sub-Zero is my fvorite character of all time, but I couldn't stand his MKX ending.
To me, it felt like NRS further making fun of the character because Boon loves Scorpion.
I'm not sure if that was the intention or not, but it felt like that, imo.
