i was kidding i said Quan chi or scorpion both of there stories were good and ment alot to the overall story arch.

Erm, we don't use human standards while fighting Shokans. Firing 15 9x19 Parabellum rounds (Used by the Beretta 92FS, which is Stryker's gun in the game) into a Shokan's head would simply annoy it.

Fighting a half - dragon half - giant creature with a pistol wouldn't work. At least in real life. That thing's skull is thick. Remember that.

No one can summon hellfire in real life either dude or shoot ice balls from their hands or steal someone's soul. It's Mortal Kombat dude lol a random guy with an Australian accent can turn into a ball and has an eye lazer.

But anyway if this was the case i'd definately consider a 50cal for hunting shokan. xD

Cosmetically, Noob has always been IMO a character based strictly on intimidation. If it wasn't for how much people abuse him, I would probably still fear his entrance. He's the quentessential badass!
 
Sub-Zero is a crazy strong fighter and "You will feel the cold embrace of death!" come on now, that's just a wonderful line. He's been a favorite since MKII. =)
 
in order: 1 - shao kahn and kratos its a tie
2 - Quan chi he looks evil and his voice is amazing ( you will serve me in the netherealm )
3 - Sub Zero "You will feel the cold embrace of death!" nough said
 
i cant help but feel noob as a character is the most badass. Gameplaywise there are people that all they do is spam the specials, but a good noob player does so also, its just with a reason as opposed to the spammer spamming for spams sake.

edit: and for most badass gameplaywise was cyber sub zero, he takes on goro and kintaro at the same freaking time.

I don't pretend. It is the 92FS.

Also, it's a half - dragon half - giant creature with 4 arms. 15 pistol rounds would kill that?

But yeah, a .50 BMG oughta work. :P
 
Noob Saibot is basically a living caricature of the evil within the ruthless elder Sub-Zero, so he claims the most badassery
I just wish he had more juggles in MK9 as opposed to his focus on Clone spam.
They should've just given him the UMK3/MKT Clone Throw

I have no doubt the pistol is the same brand and model you can surely know that for sure :P.

I can't really answer your question on how many pistol rounds it takes to kill a shokan because no one can. Shokan don't exist therefore there is no way to know. :/

Step 1: Get AK-47
Step 2: Pump 12 rounds into the Shokan's head
Step 3: Watch head split like a ****ing watermelon
Step 4: Ignite corpse
Step 5: Light blunt off of corpse
Step 6: ???
Step 7: Profit
 
the talk about a shokans skull thickness is irrelevant. we would have to be given certain information as it pertains to this worlds setting (mortal kombats world) that only the developers could provide and have it be part of the world.

suffice to say, the most we can do is assume. when outworlds forces invaded, enemies like the shokan are not seen with weapons, projectile or otherwise, they are seen without armor. and yet with all the army/police etc with there weapons, these guys still go into the fray and manhandle people. now, we could go the route of logic and its simple suspension of disbelief. we could say that they are just lucky. they probably cant dodge bullets. or that they are in fact too thick skinned/boned to be seriously injured by most bullet rounds.

another bit of possible logic explanation is that they were unsure how to answer the bullet questions, and having these badass enemies being thwarted by firearms would be boring and make it so tehre is no actual fist fighting which is what this games all about, so they simply choose not to show or explain it at all.
 
Let's see Raiden beat Shao Kahn. Raiden accidentally killed Liu kang. And Raiden will probably have to defeat Shinnok and Quan Chi in MK 10. I'm guessing it's gonna be.... Mokap!

I'd have to say Noob Saibot. He had some pretty bad ass moves. When you can clone yourself, and make your opponent vomit by kicking him in the stomach, that's pretty hardcore.

Also mine is a tie between Bi-Han and Kuai Liang. They have some of the best lines in the game. "Fear me!", "You will feel death's cold embrace!", "We share blood, but we are not brothers." "This fight will be your last!"
