Mortal Monday: Raiden Wallpaper on Widget and Facebook Tab

It's <b>Mortal Monday</b> again and some new <b>Mortal Kombat</b> assets are starting to trickle in. This time a wallpaper of what appears to be part of a <b>Raiden</b> fatality is up on the <a href="http://www.facebook.com/MortalKombat?sk=app_4949752878">Mortal Kombat Facebook Tab</a> and in the <a href="http://www.gamestop.com/gs/landing/mortal-kombat/">GameStop Widget</a>. Here is a preview of said Wallpaper below:

Thanks to <a href="http://www.twitter.com/nsayeed">@nsayeed</a> for the heads up. While this is clearly not the <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/hecterrific/status/41592896935309312">"big time announcements"</a> that are expected this week, it's nice to see some love for our favorite God of Thunder, <b>Raiden</b>.

Hahaha, sorry! It's supposed to represent me being like "awwwww yeeeaahhh" lol!

I'm just stoked they're finally going to show Raiden in gameplay!! Renders are nice but but seeing him in-engine and represented in real-time, in a match is a whole new ballgame.

At least it's Raiden. Finally, after a wait of 8 months, we're finally going to see Raiden's in-game model *whee*! :marchmellow:

His in game model was already revealed. But his gamplay.... mmmmmm.... I hope we get a vid today. I really doubt this is what they are going to give us for Mortal Monday. They have never considered any of the shadow pics the update for any of the other characters. It'd just be a cop out this time around.

Does it say it's Raiden?
Remember Stryker's fatality has a tazer involved.
I still believe it is Raiden though.
 
This is easily the coolest shadow wallpaper we've gotten. And sometime in the next week or two we'll be getting Raiden gameplay. So, uh...f*ck yes.
