Mortal Kombat X Kollector's Editions Announced!

I got mine yesterday morning, but heart goes out to any who didn't make it to the Import Edition in time. I honestly figured that would last longer than it did, just because it's a pretty obscene price what amounts to not much value for the user (if I had to pay full price in cash, I'd have a really hard time justifying it).

Where there's a Kollector, there's a re-seller though. Shame. My gut says they'll have a hard time flipping it.
 
They better, i am right now trying to stalk whoever is reselling closest to me and put my fist through their face. $400, noone better buy that
 
Am i the only one thinking that this all is kinda confusing??

Many ppl are basically giving their money, not sure FOR WHAT exactly.

I mean, what is there to hide? Are they scared people won't like the characters?

Then it doesn't matter if you pre-ordered, as he was essentially free.
As for those who don't preorder and BUY Goro later, well, that's the risk you take with any DLC character that you buy, no?
MK9 Scarlet is 1 of those characters that I tried out but didn't care for.

Probably.
I remember that they didn't tell everybody that Freddy was the 4th DLC for the season pass, until before he came out in MK9.

Either they are waiting closer to release day to fuel the hype or they want people to gamble on $30. Initial sales are always the most important in video games.
 
it doesnt even matter anymore that one is sold out, theres nothing in that that makes it worth the at lowest $300 asking price. If they would have just announced this sooner and gave people time to prepare this whole thing wouldn't piss me off.

The problem is that scalpers come out to play once any special edition is announced. Hell, they are already up on ebay for $200-$500

Same shit happened to the 20th Anniversary PS4s. My uncle scalped a launch model PS3, and that was 8 years ago.

unreleased items should be illegal to do that with. it doesnt give a chance to the actual consumer and i can bet that the companies would get pissed for their hard work being sold cause some jackass sits at home and can use the mail
