I guess so, maybe more than 85%. If Fatality is going to stay the same as original then you already have that covered with uppercut. That leaves only 3 additional animations: Ice Freeze pose, Slide and Fighting stance (plus Intro Bio). Speaking of Fighting stance, Subs actually jumps to Scorpion stance during his Turn:

@Bleed, would it be too much work to replace Scorpion's white eyes with normal ones for Sub Zero? Is there a quick and painless way to pull that off on all animations?
 
Well I guess I'll start putting together the progress page since there doesn't seem to be any objections.

Do you guys have any preference as to how much c(k)ontent is posted on the page? Are there some things you'd rather leave off and just have listed?

Also if I could get a link to the Dropbox that would be helpful.

@Bleed, Scorps is looking good, man. I hope we can get as accurate of lighting on Goro.
 
You'll need drop box installed and send me your E-mail for it.

Scorpion's eyes are white, Sub's would need to be painted or left as is. All the animations may need to be re done for Sub's anyway, because of the fighting stance.



For the tracking page, I would go with a list better. Maybe having one or two visual examples if there is something to show.

Bleed I think this gif illustrates how you would convert scorps anims to subs anims. Basically one or two frames of subs anim show just before scorp. This can also be done in After Effects. If you get me pngs of all the movements for scorp but in subs costume colors, then provide me subs new neutral resting pose, I can make the transitions for you.
 
Everything looks awesome! Very nice work Bleed. It looks like 4-6 animations are left. If you'd like I can handle the fire effects of Scorps fatality. I'm wondering if you can finish Scorp up this week so that you can get started on Sub next week.

Sub to Scorp triansitions can be faked like that for some animations if the pose is close enough already. If they are too different, it'll be very noticeable with the extra frames.

So it looks like Scorpion is just about done, and so is Shang Tsung (sans the morphs). I don't recall seeing Shang Tsung being hit/falling down, so if it's been posted already I apologize. What would be neat is to see Scorpion and Shang Tsung in the same video, because it would be the first collaboration between bleed and calactyte.

You caught us here, we aren't that organized. I personally can't tell what was posted when or where. Behind the scenes we have things much more organized but we only allow access to that stuff for contributors.
 
Yeah things are pretty spread out around here. Hopefully the progress page Im putting together will help with this sort of issue, however it won't have 100% of the content posted, but it will be listed.

Fixed Locomotive motion on all four arms
Smoothed Animation Curves
Fixed Animation Popping
Reduced Breathing Speed
Added Blinking Eyes
Changed Face to look more like he is sneering
Got rid of the mouth breathing because I thought it looked too unatural
Brightened Goro up
Moved the Camera up just slightly

What do we think? Should I move on?


Looks REALLY close, Cal. Good stuff.

It looks like Goro's top left and bottom right arms aren't matching up as well as the other two arms are, which look near perfect. If you could make the top left and bottom right arms match in locomotion like the other two arms, I think you may just have it.

Also, I think I'm seeing so slight popping in the animation loop with Goro's right arms. Maybe link those up better with the starting and ending frames?

Really impressive work, overall, sir!
