awsome face!! - duno about the dots on the blue, looks a bit like poka dots, again the face is awesome man one of the best subby faces ive seen he looks well dangerous!!

will love to get to the MK2 sprites, but will deal with focusing on the MK 1 first. Will most likely grab references from the later MK designs and throw in some of my own.

And yeah, the dots looked a bit odd. Tried to play around with them tho, wanted to add some kind of texture to the suit.

Here is the latest design and the animation for the stance. Animation needs more work, like fixing the ease so he won't look so robotic.

Thanks a lot guys, appreciate all the comments. Wanted to update the finished sprite. Will try to animate it in Flash to see if it doesn't look too stiff. If I'm not satisfied, I'll just have to paint the rest of the frames. Yay.

Again, thanks a lot for the comments. I do plan on making a game, but not sure how exactly demanding it is. My plan is to make it Flash based, so I will have to talk with my teacher about how much I can get away with. For now, going to do Sub Zero vs Scorpion on the Pit, with moves and fatalities. After doing that, I will have an idea of what I'm getting myself into
