It means it's Ermac's Klassic costume.

It is a version of Ermac that technically isn't canon. It is what he would've looked like in MKI or MKII.

OK i have pre-ordered at game.

However all it states costume wise is a classic erman*, with the collector edition.

I read somewhere that pre-ordering at game gives u 3 classic costumes, i think it was sub zero, mileena and jade. Is this true? and if so that means ermac is a 4th classic costume for collectors edition yes? anybody know, or have i just got classic ermac only?

this is really hurting my head now man!!, so you get 4 retro costumes? including ermacs as an exclusive?, or just ermac, and shouldnt NRS be explaning all this a bit better in detail to the people who are actually spending their hard earned cash on this?

Yer its confusing. TBH i wouldnt be surprised if it was only ermac that you get, because thats all it says when u purchase it.

Also the photo and description of the collectors edition includes a collectable figure, wich no longer looks like the orignal book end figure seen in previous advertisement. Im not sure what is going to turn up on the day lol. They should really clear this all up for the pre-ordering proper mk fans.

EVERY Kollectors edition comes with the Ermac redemption. Then..As a bonus, the other costumes/fatalities are store specific for the other ninjas. In otherwords, if you got the KE from Gamestop, you'd get the Ermac redemption in the box and then Scorpions fatality/costume on the receipt.

Please anybody can correct me if i'm wrong, but i think the retro costumes are distributed this way:

Male Ninjas:
Amazon: Reptile and Ermac, plus Reptile classic fatality (by consensus in a thread i've opened earlier this month the classic fatality is most like the MK2 one where Reptile eats the head of his opponent with his tongue).
Gamestop: Scorpion and Ermac plus Scorpion classic fatality (probably his MK1 or MK2 Toasty)
Best Buy: Sub-Zero and Ermac plus Sub-Zero classic fatality (most likely his MK1 Spine Rip)

Female Ninjas:
Wal-Mart: Mileena, not Molina, as their preorder page says (Classic Costume only, apparently no Classic fatality included)
Mortal Kombat Blu-Ray Movie: Jade (Classic Costume only, apparently no Classic fatality included)

No Kitana Classic Costume has been announced, at least to my knowledge, again, if anything i've said is wrong please don't hesitate to correct me.

That's correct, Lenin. Not too sure if Mileena or Jade are getting classic fatalities, either.

But as far as Ermac goes...He'll be redeemable through every KE.

Amazon gets you reptile
Gamestop gets you scorpion
Bestbuy gets you sub zero
walmart gets you mileena
Target gets you Kitana
Buying either of the MK movies on blu ray gets you Jade

and Ermac is at any of these stores in both the KE and the TE as part of the package.

Surely by now, I wouldve expected everyone to know what they would receive. The two special editions come with the ermac skins regardless of where you purchase. The other skins are dependent on where you pre-order.

It's going to be DLC in a matter of months, is my guess. They usually don't give out pre-order exclusives just for them to be unlocked in game.
