Can YOU name every mortal kombat character EVER?

I'll admit I had trouble remembering how to spell the asian names of the post MK3 characters. I got stumped there. Everything else I blazed through. Yet somehow my mind went blank and I left out Sindel and barely remembered her till the end.
 
Dairou and Moloch.

For the record, I want to slap whoever made the update to that quiz.
Freddy Krueger and Kratos shouldn't count in a Mortal Kombat quiz as "characters from the Mortal Kombat series."
They should have just left it as Cyber Sub-Zero and Skarlet in the MK9 section.
 
I got them all with 5:45 left on the clock.

Darrius was the last one for me. Dude is mad forgettable

I don't know how to spell Li Mei right and forgot about Blaze.
And why they even included Freddy and Kratos? They are crossover characters but not MK.
 
A majority of that post-UMK3 roster is forgettable. :laugh:

I think that NRS should make the fans take this as a test before MK10 comes out, and the post-UMK3 characters that people forget about the most don't get added to the MK10 roster.
Seriously, if you forgot about that character then you probably didn't give a crap about them, to begin with.

Araknyd: I agree about giving this quiz to fans/devs for MKX. It's pretty good.

I got 59/67. Forgot Baraka, Nightwolf, Reiko, Mavado, Darrius, Ashrah, Kira, Havik, Hotaru.
 
I got 63, I had about 5 minutes left, I forgot Nightwolf, Shinnok, Frost and Li Mei

I did an actual count,I've counted 70 Mortal Kombat characters including BELOKK,JATAAKA,KHAMELEON,KIA & TREMOR.In the years I've played Mortal Kombat,I've never seen those many characters accept in Mortal Kombat Armageddon,that is the most biggest,largest Mortal Kombat roster I've ever seen.All of them came from Mortal Kombat 1,2,3,Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3,Mortal Kombat 4,Mortal Kombat Gold,Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance,Mortal Kombat Deception,Mortal Kombat Unchained & Mortal Kombat Armageddon.

Honest question:
Since you forgot Baraka, Nightwolf, Reiko, Mavado, Darrius, Ashrah, Kira, Havik and Hotaru, would you miss personally them if they weren't in MK X?

Even though Nightwolf was 1 of my mains in MK9, if I'm honest with myself, most of the time I forget about him when I think of the MK3 roster, and I probably wouldn't miss him not being in given that Kotal Kahn is basically Nightwolf version 2.0.

Hm. Well, if I really think about it...

I know I wouldn't miss Mavado. Neither would I miss Darrius. Don't see a reason for them to be in MKX and never really liked them.

I also probably wouldn't miss Kira (we already have enough boobs) and I likely wouldn't miss even Reiko. Reiko is an OK character, but one has to be more than OK to join the roster. Plus Shao Kahn is dead, so... Nope.

That's 4. As for the rest... This is where it starts to get a bit hard.

Can't say I'd really miss Ashrah, but I'd like to see them improve her. A cameo should suffice for now I guess.

That leaves Baraka, Nightwolf, Havik and Hotaru.

Havik and Hotaru... those are 50:50 for me. I might miss them in a way, because I think they're cool and we should see them again at some point. But from the two... While I enjoy more playing with Hotaru, I think Havik is the better (and more important) character here. I'd rather sacrifice Hotaru to see Nitara again (we need more interesting female characters desperately).

Nightwolf... Nostalgia + the fact that from all the characters he seems the most different and unique (despite being a copy of that KI dude). But I agree that now that we have Kotal... Nightwolf is of no use. Plus he's head. I doubt he could ascend to become an Elder God. That's the only way I could see him realistically return. But then again, Elder Gods are not playable - well not exactly most of them in the traditional way anyway (screw Raiden and Shinnok).

Baraka Obama... Well... Nostalgia again + he's kind of cool. As Johnny said... I'm digging those blades. But at the same time he seems a bit dumb. If they made him smarter and more important, that'd be nice. The only reason he stands out for me TBH are his blades and his face, which is IMHO even uglier than Freddy Krueger LOL!

So overall... Not really. Can't say I'd be heartbroken or anything. I'd hardly be even upset. I might question their inclusion or lack of, but miss them? Especially when the last two (Nightie and Obama) were basically in all of them games so far? Hardly. Let them rot for a bit. And if Havik appears, great. If he doesn't, better luck next time. Whatever.

Sorry if it's a long reply, but I felt it was needed. Actually, thanks. Now I know I won't miss them.
