For people having trouble with Noob, I've outlined this in another thread but i'll post it here too.
The block and uppercut from the teleport spam is the right strategy, but its actually missing a piece. If you stay full screen distance away he will ALWAYS teleport
So, what you do is
1. Keep back dashing until he teleports
2. Block the teleport which leaves him spinning for a free hit
3. Uppercut
The key here to keep him spamming the teleport is to back dash to a full screen distance away.
As for double flawless with Shang, I did it by just rushing him and uppercutting him repeatedly. You are virtually guaranteed to land 4-6 in a row before he potentially blocks one. That will be the tricky part of the match - getting past his guard one time. You can opt to try to trip him, or just keep uppercutting him and try to catch him before he lands whatever counter he'll try. Once you land another move just uppercut him the one or two more times you need to win round 1.
The first 5 seconds of round 2 will determine your likelyhood of getting the double flawless as he almost always will immediately morph into another character at the beginning of the round. Do your best to try to land the first hit on him and after that just uppercut away at him repeatedly. You may or may not get blocked again once this round and you'll need to find a way past his guard w/o getting hit. I kept uppercutting away and got lucky to catch him before his counter hit me.
It took me a few tries but that is my basic strategy I used is just rushing him and uppercutting him. On Easy you'll get only 1 block per round at most from him, and if you're lucky you can possibly beat him without him ever blocking, though every time I failed he always blocked at least once per round.
For Jade, same thing. Just keep rushing and upppercutting her. Its a little different with her because she'll duck you a lot, but she won't counter. I'd catch her with one or two in a row, and then whiff on 2-4 in a row but eventually caught her again. She'll block and duck more than Shang but she rarely countered me the lone time I fought her. The only damage I took was before I figured out this strategy.
