Oh...kickass...I might actually get those. Nah I think I'll wait to see if Scorpion or Lobo gets a gamer pic. If I pay for a tiny ass picture I want it to be something I'll keep forever.

Did that just start happening? Cause i haven't been on in a while and the last time i bought a picture pack, you couldn't look at it.

No...but gamerpics are often in the banner above the details(you can see the MKvsDC pics in the banner on the right). Thats about as good as a preview as you are going to get. Themes on the other hand hardly are previewed in that small banner. They really need to add a real preview for pics and themes on XBLM.

I was gonna get them but 100 points is a little steep. I just downloaded the Trailer and made my girlfriend watch it 30 or 40 times

There used to be a site that showed each theme, but it has gone dead now.

Here is a good site that is updated quickly that shows, and has a search for gamerpics. Its a very good site.

Now all we need is a site for previewing themes.

Because I'm sick of my gamerpic being a panda? As cute as it is, it doesn't convey the message I'm going for.

Personally I wish I could upload my own picture, but Microsoft thought it would be a good business decision to make us pay for a 64x64 pixel picture. **** you Bill Gates.

If you have vision cam you can try to take pics with that.

A vision cam? You mean a 360 peripheral that I would use for 1: making a gamerpic, and 2: putting my face in R6 Vegas? That costs what, 20 bucks? I think I'd rather pay a few cents for the picture pack.

Sorry if that sounded condescending. It's more of a smack in the face aimed in Microsoft's direction.

The Xbox Vision Camera only allows you to make gamerpics for people that are on your friends list to see. I'm pretty sure that means that they won't be displayed in your embeded gamercard. So, while yeah you can have a custom gamerpic, it still won't be seen by the general public.

It keeps the copyright holders happy and also keeps the Xbox Live staff of having to police everyone's picture.

I've paid for games and I've paid for the right to play them online, I see no reason to spend money on anything other than what can enhance my already expensive gaming experience.

Fair enough if you want to express your individuality through a gamerpic, but I'd personally much rather do that through my name, my bio, the games I play, etc.

That's not to say these pics aren't cool, I'm especially digging the MK logo one, but it's not enough for me to part with any cash.
