nevermind. just cleared out the cookies for the site and it now let me log in.

Does anyone know what a web kode is or how to link it successfully on that site? The "how do I find my Web Code' link on that site is broken (much like online play), and there is apparently nothing on the site that indicates how you can figure out what your Web Kode is.
