Well I'm not sure if Shang Tsung is gone and Shao Kahn beat so I have a good feeling that Mileena is going to take Kahn's place since Baraka wanted her to when they thought Liu Kang had killed Shao Kahn. She is his heir after all and I wouldn't see a Shokan as a suitable ruler. They just seem like good bodyguards. I could see Mileena becoming more mature like her Deception version and rule over Outworld with Baraka as her right hand man. Now I'm not saying she will be a good ruler since it will be like Outworld is being ruled by a 5-year old. Im just making a prediction.

Theres a lot of contenders out there in outworld.. I wouldn't be surprised if Baraka turns to the netherrealm

I can see that for MK10 she would most likely not be ready for the throne making some good decisions along with some mistakes also have some of the people who were loyal to Shao Kahn refusing to serve Mileena

Ahh but look at the group in the cutscene where Shao Kahn arrives with Quan Chi. That whole group is basically a bunch of lap dogs lol cause Shang Tsung is out of the picture (Sadly cause I wanted Kahn to die and have his bad ass take over). Baraka is at the top and wanted Mileena to take over. That's why I can see Earthrealm and Outworld teaming up in the next MK since the remaining Outworld warriors are the more ment to serve kind and not rule

I think it's quite obvious that Baraka would support Mileena she is half tarkatan but maybe some one like Reptile or Goro would doubt Mileena's power and would rather side with the Earthrealm or the Netherrealm. I use Reptile as an example because he was promised for Zaterra to be restored and he may doubt that Mileena could do this thus he turns on her. Goro or Kintaro might not side with her because Shokan and Tarkatan are rival races.

Ahh but Im saying that OW is probably gonna side with Earthrealm because look at people like Goro. He is the kind of dude or um thing lol who wont give up without a fight. Im not saying Mileena would be a good leader, honestly no OW is except Shang and Shao Kahn. Shang is probably gonna come back in some crazy way and be forced to ally with Earthrealm and they gonna put QC's head in the ground lol

I can see Goro staying and Reptile seems easily manipulated all the time so I think he would believe even Jax if Jax said he could lol

I don't think Quan Chi would be allowed to rule outworld due to the fact he is a native of the Netherrealm. I can see a certain previous ruler of Outworld coming to reclaim his throne

I don't think any of the arcade endings are cannon the next MK's story will have to do with the ending of MK9's story mode. Also what does Tim and Eric's awesome show have to do with anything

Well I wouldn't be surprised if Shao tethered some of his soul to something so he might come back and put Quan Chi's head in the ground when shinnok tries to take over Outworld

Reptile is just a servant, noone would understand he is order though, Argh here, Argh there.

Mileena is disturbed and inmature.
Motaro is dead.
Goro and Kintaro are too lazy.

I dont know who can take control of OW. Perhaps Onaga???

Onaga is the one I was implying by my post I can see Quan Chi taking outworld and ruling for about 1/3 of the story then Onaga hearing about Kahn's death and Quan Chi's takeover he would come out of hiding and kill Quan Chi and take back his throne

Was deception a free for all against the forces of Shinnok, Onaga, and Raiden? Onaga was the leader of Outworld before Shao Kahn. Having him rule Outworld doesn't make it Deception 2.0
