Stuck in the Soul Tombs....HELP!

Ok, I know I dont get on here much, but I need help.

I am stuck in the Soul Tomb, on the part where the door is locked by a torture device. What do I do from here?
 
You have to goto the fan room, destroy the fan and jump on it's blades to get to a switch on the second level. It'll release a sword right in front of that door. Use the sword to destroy the two bodies held on the wall to the side.

yes...........and remember that you can slice through bodies with a sword, that knowledge will come in handy when you get to the wasteland and need to chop through piles of bodies to get inside two passages.

how do you destroy the fan though?

Ive been trying it for the past hour and aint figured it out.

I only get one guy in the room though unless we're talking about a different room, but thanks anyway.

You've got to go upstairs and jump into the cage that is above the fan and knock guys over the rail into the fan.

ahhhh right, thanks for the info, now any ideas on how to get upstairs cos i've been searching that room for a wall to climb and i aint got anything, lol
 
im not going to make a new topic over this dumb question but where exactly is the sword??? i got the people in the fan...and then the little preview of the sword dropping but i've been searching around and around and i can't find that sword! plese help me
 
ok i done it now, thanks for your help jeff, the sword is in the room before you have to jump through the flying rocks and stuff.
 
I must say that 2 things should always be remembered for MKSM. Pretty much all the puzzles involve bodies which we have been called the "Body puzzle system" and exploring is the key in this game.

how did u manage to get upstairs???

is it by throwin one of the enemies on to the spikes on top at the end of the room next to the fan? coz i cant seem to get any of them stuck on it, wither by uppercutting them or throwing them, i want to know coz its gettin frustrated and i dunno if it is actually the correct thing to do
 
ive read around, and it seems that other have the same problem, where there is no staircases, maybe i need to do sumthin before??? or could htis possibly be a glitch?

Are you sure the fan room is the same one we're talking about?



This is the fan room. You start underneath this room. There should be a staircase to the right.

This room is in the Green Door area from the main tombs area where the rolling wheel spike hazards are.
 
OK...lets start all over.

You go in the fan room, then there is a way to another room. Go in and there should be a cage with spikes underneath it. Uppercut a Tarkatan into the spikes then the cage will go down. Then jump on top of the cage and then jump again so then you will be on the top floor. Walk/run to the exit on the TOP FLOOR (remember that...lol). Then go no the half broken bridge and jump into the centre of the fan. Then 4 Tarkatan will fight you. Throw/uppercut all 4 of them into the fan then you will hear that.....success noise thingy. Then the blades will fall off and hit the wall. Jump on the first blade and then jump again onto a platform (other side of the half broken bridge). Keep on running past the bridge and onto the stairs. then there will be a room with a switch on the ground. stand on it then there you go.

Don't worry. I got stuck on this bit too.
 
thanks for the great help, i now understand where im stuck, i cant manage to uppercut a tarkatan in to the cage with spikes in it. lol, ive tried plenty times, it is getting frustrating.

this room looks different, its must apear after i uppercut the a tarkatan in to the spikes, i think.

out of frustration of not being able to uppercut any of the 7 tarkatan into the spikes, ive decided to stop playin the game since i cant progress

unless anyone has a suggestion as to what else i can do other than run and press triangle, coz thats not workin as they are not goin into the spikes.
