Mk 9 Us version Psn problems.

Hi guys
I bought the mortal kombat 9 u.s version in box and i live in european country but i have problems playing online with others players which have the european version.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment states that is region free.:_mad:
Is there any solution for this?

I've definitely heard it's region locked so you may have to get the EU version.

I've heard that it is region locked only the psn versions and not in the box.
