How do you select alt. outfit in MK9?!

I've been playing this game since yesterday and have unlocked alot of alt. outfits in the krypt but i can't seem to figure out how to use them ^^ anyone with the game got an idea? :)
 
1. Go to Nekropolis and select the character to enable the costume.

2. On Character Select Screen, select character by pressing Start button.
 
Scorpion, Subzero, Reptile, Jade, Mileena and Kitana have got 3 costumes each so to select one alt you press the Start button. How do I do to select the third outfit?
 
You're saying you can't select on the go on the char select screen, but must instead set it in the Krypt? Meaning everytime you wanna use an alternate you have to go to the Krypt?

You have to go to the Nekropolis Gallery to ''enable'' the alt once. It's a one-time thing. Only then will you be able to choose the alts by pressing Start on the character select screen. Alts appear in numbers, so it's the same method for all alts = press Start to choose.
 
omi god!! >.< this shouldve been in the spoilers section, i didnt want 2 know *tear* yea this game is definitley ruined 4 me :P
 
Unless I completely missed it, I still do not get how to use alternates when a character has 2 or 3 alternate outfits. If you just press START to use the alternate outfit, then how can you use the 2nd or 3rd alternate? Someone explain.

Pressing Start gives you choices: Costume 1, Costume 2, Costume 3 etc.

Pressing START opens up an option for you to scroll left/right so you can choose Costume 1, 2, 3 etc.
 
That's not right... If the character has 3 or more costumes, the game gives you the option to choose: Costume1, 2 or 3 while you're choosimg the character
 
To select alternate costume:

Select player by pressing start. Choose costume with 'A' button.

To select alternate color (if available) for a costume:

*must have alternate costume first*

Select character with Start button. Then select costume with Start button.

IE Kano's primary would be blue color and not red if you choose alternate color.
