I know it's premature to judge a character's design just by the thumbnail, but that hair...

For those who missed it, he has a dark gray mask covering his mouth somewhat similar to Sub-Zero, has a slender face like David Bowie and a big white... well, perm.

Good question, you could try if they dont want the image out there they will ask someone to have you take it down.

It was taken down due to Terms of Service, I think NRS found out about it and disabled it. That's why I believe it's not fake.

Alright, well I changed it temporarily to the Human Smoke pic for people who couldn't see it.
