NetherRealm Shows Us How Fatalities Are Made

<b>NetherRealm Studios</b> just sent us a video showing us the process that goes into creating Fatalities in <a href="">Mortal Kombat (2011)</a>. All bases are covered in this five minute feature: from initial designs, animation motion capture and in-game effects.



This feature debuted yesterday on <a href="http://Fear.net">Fear.net</a>, but has gone wide today.

Also in un-related news, the official <a href="http://www.twitter.com/MK_MortalKombat">Mortal Kombat Twitter Account</a> teased earlier today about </a href="http://twitter.com/#!/MK_MortalKombat/status/73072323728646145">classic costume news coming in two weeks</a>:

Looking for Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Reptile, Ermac, Jade, Kitana, and Mileena in their old school attire? Consider this two weeks notice.

Time will tell what that news actually will be, but sounds like the timed retailer exclusive of those costumes are about to expire.
