Sub-Zero Vs Scorpion Sketch

Hey fellow TRMK members I wanted to share this sketch I did about 2 years ago with you all. Thought you might get a kick out of it.

SCAN0007.jpg

Details: The Picture is a bit distorted had trouble scanning due to the size of my sketch pad. This is Sub and Scorp in their MK vs DCU attire. It is incomplete, but I'm planning on reposting a colored version in the future.

Credit: I was inspired to draw this after stumbling upon Juan Carlos Ramos's artwork on deviant art. He did some work on the MKD TCG cards, and I used one of his awesome Marvel Civil War pics to model the base for this drawing.

Sales Pitch: I recently started drawing Avatars for people, Not the best mind you but they seem to like them, If anyone wants me to sketch them anything personal drop me a PM and we can talk about it :). I might start checking TRMK a bit less often due to a nasty turn in some of the rules, but I'll check my messages ever so often. So long story short I take requests!

I wish NRS added a feature where you can change who gets uppercutted based on Character Rivalry. Or each start up was just random. =_=

Thanks for the feedback guys i really appreciate it. As for Scorpion getting pwned we all know that Sub-Zero has always been just a little bit better than Scorpion. (At least before MK9) I mean you guys remember how the iceball was always like half a second faster than the spear, and in a game were you trade projectiles interupting the spear is too easy :)

"Sounds like sour apples to me." -sorry had a video response for you but was warned not to post it.

Why? Is it bad or something?

I mean no disrespect, but the idea behind this piece is just terribly awful. Horrible thought to draw on.

;)

Reality hurts sometimes man, Sub-Zero is best Ninja (I know I know Lin-Kuei), and Scorpion fanboy or not the whole Sub vs Scorp debate has been selling copies of MK for about 19 years. Great Idea!
